While reservations made on our website, OtiumRentals.com, are paid in full at booking, some third-party reservations won’t be charged until the reservation is complete.

If you booked through a third party or online travel agency and need to cancel your stay, please contact them directly. Otium Rentals will uphold the host cancellation policy.
